GTRAN offers selected integrated detector/transimpedance amplifiers (PIN/TIAs) for long wave 1.25 Gbps and 2.5 Gbps applications. Low level optical signals are converted into differential output voltages. The standard package is a lensed TO can. Custom pigtails and active device mounts are also offered.
