High Performance InGaAs Photodiodes (950-1650 nm)
High performance InGaAs photodiodes are offered with active diameters from 40 to 300 micrometers. –3 dB bandwidth is to about 7 GHz. High responsivity, low dark current, and high reliability is standard. Available packages include TO cans (lensed or flat window), ceramic submounts, pigtails, mini-pigtails, active device mounts (receptacles), and custom.
