Emitters for Chemical Sensing and Industrial Instrumentation

Family of ten surface light emitting diodes (sLEDs) with peak wavelengths spanning the NIR range of from 1.0 to 1.7 um. Components are well suited for test equipment and instrumentation in the chemical sensing field. The standard package is a hermetic TO can. Customized packages are also available in pigtail, active device mount, and ceramic submount styles.
