Management Team

Frank S. Lee has served as our President, CEO and a member of our board of directors since 2006. Dr. Lee has also served as the CEO and a member of the board of directors of our subsidiary, GTRAN, Inc., since 1999 and CEO of our subsidiary, EZconn Corporation, since 2006. Dr. Lee founded GTRAN Inc. in 1999. Prior to GTRAN, Dr. Lee held various positions at Conexant Systems, Inc., a company that provides semiconductor solutions for broadband communications and the digital home, from 1991 to 1999. Before that time, Dr. Lee was Vice President of Product Development at Gigabit Logic, Inc., a high-performance gallium arsenide IC startup company, from 1982 to 1991. The company was merged with Triquent Inc. in 1991.

Calvin Leong has served as our Chief Financial Officer since March 2007. Prior to joining us, Mr. Leong worked for 13 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, last serving as international tax director. He previously worked with Kress & Rosenbaum, a southern California accounting firm. Mr. Leong is a certified public accountant in California.

Shen-Chia (Charlie) Wong has served as our Senior Vice President, Business Development, since October 2007 and before that served in various positions with EZconn, including head of its Taiwan operations. Mr. Wong serves on the board of directors of Optovue, a manufacturer of ophthalmic devices, Lightel Technologies, a manufacturer of fiber optics products, and Winners Satellite Electronics Corp., a manufacturer of Winersat® brand cable TV and satellite reception products. He is also an advisor to Optoway Technology Inc., a manufacturer of optical active components and modules.

Ruai Yu has served as our Executive Vice President, America/Europe Operations since October 2007 and President of GTRAN since June 2007. In the preceding eight years, he served in various positions at GTRAN including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Engineering. Dr. Yu held various positions at Rockwell Science Center from 1994 to 1999, including manager of the high-speed mixed-signal IC department.

Yao-tung (Adam) Chu has served as our Executive Vice President, Greater China Operations, since October 2007. Up to then, he served in various positions for EZconn, including Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining EZconn, he worked for two years in sales at Ichia Technologies, Inc., a mobile phone components company. From 2001 to 2003, he worked at Find How Enterprise Co., Ltd., a printed circuit board and copper-clad laminated equipment manufacturing company, selling equipment from Japan and Taiwan to both European and Asian customers. Prior to that he worked at China Motor Corporation as a manager for new car model production development.

Michael Kroon has served as our General Counsel and Secretary since July 2007 and previously worked as regular outside counsel to GTRAN and GTRAN. Mr. Kroon has worked as an attorney in private practice for Silicon Valley and other technology companies since 1990.
